Dotty Fish Shoes Review and Giveaway

Hasn’t the weather been rubbish this week?! The heatwave that we had just a couple of weeks ago is already a distant memory and it feels like we’ve been plunged back into winter again. M, B and I have spent the week snuggled inside, listening to the rain hammering on the windows. Fortunately, Dotty Fish sent M some lovely little suede slippers, which have been helping to keep her toes cosy!

We bought M a couple of pairs of new shoes two or three weeks ago as she’s just gone up a size. This has sparked a love of footwear in her as she has mentioned her “new shoes!” almost every day since they arrived! So you can imagine how pleased she was to receive these sweet little slippers, and has barely taken them off since. They’re tan suede, which gives them that traditional slipper vibe, and fleece lined to keep her feet toasty and warm. Not only that, the non-slip rubber sole is perfect for M’s requirements as the whole of the ground floor of our house is a tiled, open-plan kitchen-living-dining room.

Dotty Fish are committed to making podiatry approved, soft soled baby shoes that ‘not only look good, but do good’. Not only that, the Dotty Fish founder, Helen, wanted her shoes to be reasonably priced, which is something you don’t generally find when it comes to children’s shoes these days! However, at £12.99 for these slippers, I think Helen and Dotty Fish have managed it. To be honest at that price, I wasn’t expecting M’s slippers to be so well made. They really are great quality and have stayed on M’s feet really well. They’re elasticated, which means that M can put them on by herself, which she loves doing!
