Living Arrows 43/52

I had quite a bit of work on last week, both teaching and freelance at home, so the week seems to have passed in a flash! On Wednesday, though, Little M and I took some time out to travel to a pumpkin patch on the way to a Tiny Talk class that we hadn’t been to before. We usually go to Tiny Talk on Thursdays, but because I keep being booked to teach on a Thursday, the Tiny Talk teacher kindly said we could go to one of her other classes instead. Unfortunately I had a baby brain moment and turned up on the wrong day! At least we got to have some fun at the pumpkin patch just down the road, though.

We visited the Hill Farm Farm Shop at Crostwick, Norfolk and Little M had a wonderful time playing amongst the pumpkins. It was so much better than the pumpkin patch that we visited last year, as there were so many more pumpkins to choose from. M loved touching them and even tried to pick up an enormous one that was bigger than her! You can see how much fun she was having from the photograph that I’ve chosen for this week’s Living Arrows. Her face was a picture of delight!

On Friday we had a family trip down to the Baby Show in London as hubby started his half term on Friday. I really enjoyed learning about some new products that I’ll be telling you more about very soon, and doing some research on double prams for the new baby! As Little M still isn’t walking unaided (although she did quite a bit of walking holding my hand at the pumpkin patch, so I don’t think it will be long!) I think we’re definitely going to be needing a double pushchair. Fortunately both of the pushchairs we have can be made into a tandem, so we won’t need to buy a whole new system!

We’re looking forward to a busy week this week as my brother is visiting with his children, and hubby and I have the whole week off. Hurrah! I hope you’ve had a great start to half term, too.

Such a lovely picture – we haven’t done the whole pumpkin thing, mostly because I’m a big meanie, and don’t like Halloween! Hope you enjoyed half term x #LivingArrows

No, hubby doesn’t like it either, so we just visited the patch and haven’t carved a pumpkin or anything x
