Living Arrows 44/52

I’ve already shared this week’s Living Arrows photo on my Instagram but I just love it so much, I couldn’t choose anything else! Little M is proudly showing off her new jumper; a little treat from H&M Kids that she chose herself, and having a fabulous time playing in the leaves.

We took ourselves off to High Lodge, Thetford Forest on Saturday to do the Gruffalo Trail. It was really good fun, especially as I had downloaded the Gruffalo spotter app, which makes animated characters appear at different points along the trail. Little M really enjoyed it and hubby kept trying to ‘interact’ with the characters while I took screenshots on my phone; he wasn’t very good at it, though, which made for some laughs!

Sadly, hubby has to return to work today as half term is over and school has started again. Little M and I love having him around all the time, so I think M will be a little bit forlorn once she realises that it’s just her and mummy for the day! I want to make more of an effort to take her out places when it’s just the two of us, though. We usually only pop to the local park, which she loves as she’s obsessed with the swings, but I’d like to try going to some different places.

Little M had such a lovely time playing in the leaves on Saturday; I think she might be a bit of an outdoor person like her daddy! She loves getting into nature, whether it’s in the woods, at the beach or just pottering about in the back garden. I think I need to buy her some head-to-toe waterproofs so that she can get outside in all weathers this winter! We are so lucky living in Norfolk. There’s such a lot to explore and I’m determined not to let the colder, wetter weather stop us!

I love the idea of some head to toe waterproofs, I’ll have to look for those for Daisy too I think!

      As Little M still isn’t walking, I think they’re a necessity! x

What a beautiful shot. We had all-in-one waterproofs for our son when we lived in the UK and they were great for getting us outdoors! #livingarrows

She looks completely buried in those leaves 🙂 We did a Gruffalo trail this week too – it’s great fun isn’t it? #LivingArrows
